Criteria

• Vocal Ability – Must be able to carry a tune, match pitch, and blend well with others.
• Harmonization – Ability to sing harmony parts (soprano, alto, tenor, bass) as needed.
• Stage Presence – Must be able to engage and lead the congregation in worship.
• Mic Technique – Understanding of how to properly use a microphone is a plus.
• Ability to Follow a Director – Must be able to take instruction and adjust accordingly.

Commitment

• Attendance at Rehearsals – Must attend weekly rehearsals and special practices as needed.
• Punctuality – Being on time for rehearsals, sound checks, and services is essential.
• Consistency – Should not be sporadic in participation but rather committed to regular service.
